Shipping
We ship from Salt Lake City, Utah via FedEx, UPS or USPS with free shipping on all continental US orders. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

The day following the order date is your first shipping day. Only business days count. If you order before 1 PM MST we'll usually get it shipped that same day, but the order date itself counts as a processing day, so the shipping clock starts the next business day.

Return Policy
We don't accept cancellations on shipped orders. If you'd like to return your order for any reason, you'll be responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the items, we'll restock them and process your refund.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. There's a 15% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are not refunded. The remainder (order total minus restocking fee) is refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank after we receive the package.
