We ship from Salt Lake City, Utah and use Fedex, UPS or USPS depending on the best speed/price.

The day following the order date is considered your first 'shipping' day. Please note that only business days are considered shipping days. FREE SHIPPING ONLY APPLIES TO CONTINENTAL US.

Return Policy

No cancellations on any shipped orders. If you would like to return your order for any reason, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the items, we will inspect them to make sure they are not damaged, and then restock them. We don't accept returns or refunds on any orders past 30 days. 

There is a 15% restocking fee, and initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The remainder (original order - restocking fee) will then be refunded to your card or method of payment.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the return funds to be processed by the banks. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the returned package.
